“My family use this hotel every winter due to indoor pool and sauna.
And normally breakfast is good..Especially sauna facility is very nice.
So this time we visited with our framilies and they were also satisfied with the hotel. Thanks.
p.s. The spa, however, it was too cold inside and the water. Moreover we could not use spa tub of indoor pool and my favorite place's steam sauna.
I hope that these issues are solved as soon as possible. ”

이번 4월에도 다시 방문할 예정인데 좋은 이집트 친구들이 있고 아름다운 알렉산드리아 슈타이겐베르거 세실 알렉산드리아 호텔에 다시 투숙할 생각을 하니 지금부터 마음이 설랩니다.”

“All the staffs were very nice and friendly. The Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor was also generally okay. The guest room was also okay to stay as a business traveller.
However, the facility is poorly managed. The hotel building itself is quite old, and especially the gym looked almost abandoned. Treadmills were out of order, and weight training machines were literally broken. It's better to close the facility completely and remove from service list and website if they can't manage it...
