My stay at the hotel was good. My room was excellent!! It is a wonderful hotel in a less than stellar area. I hate giving the opinion that it was dangerous but it’s obvious that the town has had better days.

The staff at this hotel is the best. Friendly and professional with time to help me find out if there is a service in the area on a Holiday weekend. Above and Beyond with a smile. Thank you to all the great people at Ambassador Inn in Borger TX !

Awesome stay!
This was the 3rd time staying at the Ambassador hotel in Borger TX. We had great everything all 3 times. Always clean, staff was awesome. This time was great for other reasons jacuzzi!!! They let us check in earlier than 3. They were great when i lost the key card. We will stay there again.

Extended stay
The stay which was 33 days long was great. Was able to accommodate me every way they could, and all the desk personnel where polite and professional. The house keeping was detailed and efficient, though i cleaned up my room before leaving everyday. The price and location is perfect and recommended.

The worst part was that i reserved an executive King room and was given a standard double queen. I was told that a reservation only guaranteed "a room", not the room that was reserved. A standard room should be less than an executive room, but i was also told that the price i got was a "good one". They also ran out of quarters for their ONE washing machine, which was in constant use and took several attempts to access. I called the service number that was provided, and was told there was breakfast, then arrived and was told there was not. Cleanliness is still pretty decent, but less than it was the previous year. The staff was accommodating enough, but nothing special.

We’ve stayed here many times and sadly the property has really gone down in quality. They no longer serve breakfast citing that no one was eating it…in 2020…yeah…no one was eating buffets in 2020, but seems like they’re charging more for way less and a half clean hotel.

I am sorry to hear that. However we have not served breakfast since 2017 when we purchased the hotel. Also at that time we reduced our rates and have not increased them in well over 3 years.

Good hotel as long as you check your room.
Clean room, low noise and Friendly staff. Is right next to a construction site but wasnt noisy. Wish there were sheer curtains not just blackout. No bed bugs. Pillows were too big.

Ambassador Inn front desk manager Tammy and Crystal, yelled at me when i asked and not willing to assign a room closer to the front lobby for stronger wi-fi signals which I have conveyed for weeks because I have a need to do my remote work. Tammy the manager outright to cancel my reservations for the next two weeks and asked me to leave. Will not recommend this model.

Ms Barr As we tried to explain to you on several occasions during your prior stays we could only assign a room to you that was available. We did our best to accommodate you. I apologize if you felt we were yelling or rude to you. We were just unable to meet your needs.

Wow! Great bang for your buck!
Fast & easy check-in. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable! Room temperature was excellent. Large parking lot was able to accommodate truck & trailer parking. Rates were very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!

please call my phone number. i would like to speak to corporate and i am in contact with my lawyer. i will be suing you guys for poor management and terrible staff. michelle munger is terrible and deserves to be fired. i will be pressing charges. also charged my card over $500 for a room that was paid for. had the janitor beat my door down until i answered BEFORE check out. and i fell in the shower. a police report has been made. thank you and have a very blessed day. i would hate to have to do this to you guys. but your choice of management is horrific and i will be pressing charges. for defamation of character, theft of service, harassment, and i hope she gets fired. her attitude is terrible. arianna mcdowell is the best worker that holiday inn has.

Air conditioner had a fan that was messed up inside. Really loud. Hard to sleep. Most of the plugs in the room did not work. Hotel smelled like marijuana
