I dont know where to start. It could not have been any worse. I have had surgery on both knees and had to climb 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day because the elevator was broken. My daughter asked the front desk why didnt you say something before you processed the card, He said " I dont have to" He literally had a smirk on his face as I told him about my handicap. The toilet and sink were backed up. We had to put the soiled tissue in the trash and use the kitchen sink instead. The kitchen had no amenities, it was unusable, no dishes, no pots or pans, no utensils, no soap not even a sponge. By the third day we asked for fresh towels and was told there werent any. I did not feel safe. Tenants were loitering, sitting out on the side walk smoking and working on the cars. The back door was broken so before climbing 4 floors we had to walk all the way around the building to find a door that would open. Thank God the TV worked and the room was clean.

Not a good visit, my room was very dirty! I cleaned everything, but the floor which was really nasty with yellow and brown stuff and hair on the towel, I used to wipe some water. The tub, shower curtain, sinks, even the bedside table and the other table had dirt or something really nasty on them!

I liked the fact that they had laundry facilies on site. Most of the staff were very nice. It was clean, but very old. I did not like the fact that they didn't clean your room, but maybe once a week. They hardly ever had clean towels to exchange for used ones. No breakfast even though they advertised grab and go. They ran out of toilet paper, so you had to provide your own.You had to take your own trash out to the dumpster.

Extremely dirty parking lot. The hallway and the elevator of the hotel haven't been swept in days. Windows have not been cleaned. Our toilet wooden flush in our sink stopped up constantly. The room was very humid. The room was clean compared to the rest of the hotel. Check out time is at 11:00. At 8:00 a.m. I had to check out to catch a plane. No one was there to issue me my deposit back. I've tried to call and they won't return my calls and they won't answer the phone. They use a voicemail system. How convenient. There's a reason why this room is so cheap.
