"As a family of 3 who are Red Sox fans, we enjoy staying here. You can’t beat the location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. However this particular time we experienced a moldy/must smell in our room upon arrival. I let them know and they gave us a new room. When using the AC the smell happened again. I think it’s their duct unit or filters. Maybe maintenance should regularly assess the system. Regardless, we will return for another stay in the future."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Seaport Hotel Boston! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel restaurant was also excellent—the food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful and made it so convenient to enjoy a great meal without leaving the hotel. A special shout-out to the concierge team, who went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and make our time in Boston easy and enjoyable. Their knowledge and willingness to help really stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way—from the room to the restaurant, customer service, staff, and concierge. It’s clear that the Seaport Hotel takes pride in creating a great experience for its guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston!
