Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, a bit outdated not bad at all. Check in and out was super easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely stay again

So you get what you pay for. It was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. Bring your own pillow. Don’t expect the pill to work. And ask for an extra blanket.

You get what you pay for here! The price was fair, the staff was accommodating, and the bed was clean. On the downside, the room felt quite rundown and wasn't as clean as we'd like. Plus, our bathroom sink didn't work. Good for a quick, low-budget stay, but hopefully management addresses the maintenance issues.

Price-wise, it was a good option. The location is very convenient too, since it’s very close to a mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The one thing I would suggest is replacing the carpets in the rooms, but overall, it was a good experience.

The rooms were clean, just dated. The staff was nice and helped with check in and out quickly. Direct TV in the bedroom 👎. Direct tv is just terrible. AC was cold enough, basically it’s a nice place to stay with a reasonable price.

This property is deceptive it is an amazing hotel . The pool is internal and heated the rooms are very well appointed for the price point . It's clean and fresh very nice atmosphere and located centrally to major highways and amenities definitely recommend this property and location. You will definitely be pleasantly surprised

Rooms smelled really bad (had to buy a room deordorizer), curtains ripped, blinds broken and barely useable. Breakfast was not kept stocked each day we tried to eat there. Community butter container, one piece of fruit, most items were empty, jam was only marmalade, etc. I would not plan on getting breakfast from their meager offerings. They only put 6 yogurts out per day and if you missed it they would not put any more out. Pool was kept clean though.

Great location. Great staff. Large rooms. If you are a clean freak this may not be the hotel for you. Rooms tidy however deeper look inside drawers, behind bed where you may need to access electrical outlets, not very clean. Found paper, wrapings and dust, may have been there for a while. No or very little staff to clean up during or after breakfast so again if you are scornful may not be for you. Skipped breakfast for those reasons. Memorable time spent for low maintenance travellers.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a good stay, and everything else was fine. The only issue was that the carpet in the room wasn't very clean. Other than that, the room was comfortable, and I appreciated the good service.

While this hotel is old, it has maintained its standards quite well. Love the staff, they are so helpful. Because the hotel is old, sometimes things in the room need replacement. It seems to be easier to take something from a nearby room rather than actually fix it. Consequently, my room this time was missing the luggage rack and tissues. No biggy and I didn’t raise the issue. I’ve been on the receiving end of the quick resolve, so only fair. The beds are amazingly comfortable.

This looks like it was a good place to bring family at some time in the past. The unique layout reminds me of a destination resort hotel. It has seen a lot of wear and the staff is hit or miss. I asked for a wake-up call and got one even though they don’t normally do that. Early evening I tried to call the front desk and it was busy. But when I went there she was on the phone with a friend for a LONG time. Breakfast was at least a half hour late being put out and it was bleak. No serving utensils and basically toast and cereal and a waffle maker but it looks like the guy just did the bare minimum. The place was clean and I left a tip for the housekeeper because they deserved that. I wish they just put in a little more effort all around. I would go here again because despite the aged building it did feel relatively safe and is affordable

The manager Nara she unhelpful, very mean, I asked her if she have an Apple Pay for I can pay my check-in. She look at me and said do II asked her if she have an Apple Pay for I can pay my check-in. She look at me and said do I have to tell you we don’t have Apple Pay? She wants to charge me for the side park on the street! The other people work here they’re very nice the housekeeper lady she’s a sweetheart. She always help. I recommended this hotel. If she’s not here a lot of people complain about her. I think the owner should change the manager.
