This hotel is located in northern Massachusetts in a place where land is not expensive and surrounded by trees near a community college; in other words, semi rural. Yet they charge $10 per night for parking, which I found both odd and annoying. The layout is strange, the directional signage both outside and inside is lacking, and the hotel is very generic. But the room was large and clean, the sheets were nice and the bathroom was good. And it was quiet. All in all, just fine for someone passing through.

I thought the property was well kept. They advised that they had a sauna and steam room . They did but the steam room hasn't worked since 2020. And The sauna was not working either . They had a workout room with weights and machines . Rooms were clean and comfortable. They had a Starbucks but it was only open on the weekends. They also had a snack area you could purchase items. There was also a waterslide on premises but I did not go inside. Nice area for weddings and banquets.
