My kids and I just had the worst stay at your Peabody location. We arrived late on Friday night. When we arrived, we were told that we had to be walked to our room, because the key computer wasn't working correctly. We had no keys for our room and we weren't told when we could get some . When we arrived at our room, the door was already opened to the surprise of the employee. She entered the room first to see if anyone was inside. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pullout bed. I also noticed that the bottom shelf of the nightstand was covered with dog hair. There was also a hair on the floor. I went down to the front desk to ask for sheets, blankets and pillows and to let them know about the dog hair. The front desk clerk said she would switch our room. Sometime after we were asleep, it had to be after midnight, an employee started knocking on our door and then tried to enter the room with a key. We had the top door lock thing on or he would have walked right in. The knocking and act of trying to push open the door caused my son to wake up. My son then opened the door and the employee wanted to know why we were in the room. What????? My son explained that the front desk clerk moved us to 315 because the other room was dirty. The employee told my son that someo
