A room was reserved with two beds. Upon checking in, the receptionist said that only the room had been reserved and not necessarily the same furniture. The room came with either „one or two beds“. A bed and an uncomfortable pull-out couch were offered. The web advertisement for two beds was misleading,
Also a call was made ahead to make sure there was hotel transportation to the airport. There was a sign on the entrance door indicating that this was available. The staff said that the sign should have been removed because they no longer had transportation to the airport. They were willing to call a cab company which would take us for $20. this was certainly „bait and switch„ by the management.
