Parking was expensive and also a bit inflexible. They won’t give timed returns so you have to text right when you need it with a 20 minute minimum wait time. Bathrooms are a bit tired and climate control is awful. Loud and inconsistent going from too cold to too hot all through the night.

This is a great hotel with clean rooms, a wonderful restaurant, and an excellent location. But the best thing about this hotel is the people. Every interaction we had from the sidewalk to the front desk to room service was exceptional. The people here are friendly, courteous, professional, and always happy to help. Easily the best service we’ve had from a hotel in many years. I very highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Very clean and great location. One complaint and it put a damper on our stay. We decided to stay an extra night in beautiful Boston. Since the hotel was not at full capacity they could’ve left us in the same room, but the person at the front desk wanted an up charge. So to avoid charging the up charge, which wouldn’t have been very much at all and we felt the hotel could have absorbed since they had vacancy , he moved us to a different room. I should mention we had two rooms for our family. Both got moved. In doing the math, I wonder what it would’ve cost for housekeeping to clean each room we moved out and if it would have made more sense to waive the up charge. In my opinion likely not cost effective or best customer experience. When we got to our new rooms, in one of the rooms the fridge and safe we’re not working and had to be replaced so we had to wait for engineering to bring a new fridge and safe. We got tired of waiting and left for our day. Inconvenient.
