"Very nice hotel, but be wary. They charged extra destination fees that were not included in the Expedia price. This directly goes against the new rules set out in 2024 by the Federal Trade Commission. You can see the details of those new rules here. https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2024/12/federal-trade-commission-announces-bipartisan-rule-banning-junk-ticket-hotel-fees As an attorney, I will be taking my business elsewhere next time I must travel to Boston. Honesty is something I value in hotels and it is disappointing that this hotel does not feel the same way. "

"The stay was pretty average. I think the redeeming factor in why the price is so expensive is the location but that’s all. The room was not that big and “breakfast included” means a croissant the size of my hand and a small coffee. Pretty disappointing as I specifically booked this hotel thinking I would save money since I was provided breakfast but in the end I still had to eat out since I’m celiac and there was no alternative to the croissant "
