I had to move 2 separate times. The first room the sink had a hole in it, and it leaked all over the floor. Second room a pipe burst 2 rooms down, and they put a big fan right in front of my door. The third room after a couple of days the heater went. Not at all happy with my stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Very pleased with my stay

Wi fi is good; sometimes lags on the weekend. Very happy to be able to have my dog with me at the hotel. Hotel is quiet and clean which are two important points.

Bed and pillows were hard despite paying extra for upgraded bedding. Hotel was clean but shows its age. On the bright side, the woman at the reception desk was friendly and very helpful.

Red Roof Inn Boston-Logan is a great hotel. The hotel is modern, the grounds are pristine, and the room is clean. The hostess was nice, provided the hotel info, and gave us a choice of the room’s floor and we chose 1 because we didn’t want to lug our bags to a higher floor. Usually the bottom floor is noisy from people walking above but it was very quiet. The bathroom sink was in the room which sounds weird but it was convenient when someone is showering and you need to get ready. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice chair and desk. There was 3 HBO channels and free wi-fi. The stay here was delightful I highly recommend this hotel.

Checking in was perfect and very friendly, after two nights shift work in hospital, I asked a late checkout and willing to pay late check out fee $40, just asked for one more hour stay to get enough sleep for next night shift work, the front desk lady told me exactly no exception for only one more hour stay even I already agree to pay extra $40. The way she talked to me like a cold rude robot, definitely she is not the person who fit for hotel service.
