The property is located a block away from Boston Common, if you are visiting, it is an amazing location. The room was clean and had the essentials. The only things I would like them to improve are the shared bathrooms, which were not very clean and need new faucets and toilet paper holders. But for the amount of time we spent in the room, it had everything that we needed.

We were very happy with our stay. Although a minor issue came up on our last night, the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed the problem right away. The hotel's location was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Even though there was no front desk on site, they handled the issue promptly and efficiently. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

The property is on a busy street, it is very noisy. The hotel is a bit rundown. You do share a bathroom with multiple people and common area. The elevator is old. You will need a code to get in all the doors. I booked the property by mistake and didn’t realize it until it was too late. The one good thing about the property is its location you could walk to all of the sites.

We expected to really like this option of a budget, no-frills place in central Boston. If it had been clean and felt safer I would have rated it highly. It was not clean; someone else’s smelly clothes were still under the couch. It did not feel safe; you can see daylight through the door jams and the only locks are the handles with key codes. There was only one towel and one shower mat, without washcloths, in a room for 4 people. It was also not at all clear from the listing that the bathrooms are shared; this obviously changes the experience, impacts safety for young kids, and should have been very clearly listed.

You definitely get what you pay for. Its hard to communicate with the hosts, but when they are walking around the hotel throughout the day, they are helpful. The showers on our floor had very inconsistent water temperature, but the location is incredible for the price.

The stairway is pretty dirty and smells of gas. The elevator works but is a bit rickety. The room itself is spacious but the ac unit was installed right at the bed so it’s blowing on you constantly at night. The shower was unpredictable and lost pressure heat randomly during a shower. There was no drain plug in the sink so anything could fall down in there. There was not a single towel hook or rack despite their request to hang them. It wasn’t horrible but not very nice either. It was fairly reasonably priced though.

We were very happy with our stay! The shared bathroom/shower was never an inconvenience with other guests. The room and general building could have been maintained, but for the price and location, we did not mind. Our room was spacious and comfortable for two people.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This 1-BR apartment is less than a block from Boston Commons (Freedom Trail), Shopping, Restaurants, Bakeries, & atleast 2 stops on the Transit system. There’s plenty of room to stretch for a couple or small family. Looks like fairly new reno. I’d give 5 stars except for a few things. No Keurig (Bummer) There were several bulbs out in the bathroom, making it difficult to put in contacts or do makeup. Thankfully, there’s a large mirror in BR but not ideal. It was a clean place but needed a deep clean to get inch of dust off refrigerator & out of large areas in corners where one could see they don’t vacuum. The mattress was a SLAB of CONCRETE. I almost had to go buy a topper for the bed. I improvised using an extra, albeit, thin comforter to layer on top of where I slept. It helped some but still very uncomfortable. There were portable AC units to help keep it cool. They work well but they can be noisy in bedroom, take time getting use to, & cumbersome to get around when trying to get into bed on that side. Other than that, communication was GREAT! Instructions for check in & out were GREAT! Would think of staying again if mattress is improved.

Great location near lots of things. Room was nice but very small. Elevator was sketchy and we worried every time we were on it. Walls are very thin and could hear lots of yelling in room down the hall from ours. Very loud at night with horns, music etc and room never got very dark so hard to sleep. Place was clean though which was good and communication was great!
