Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. I was disappointed that a pool was advertised in hotel description and there was none. I even packed swimwear and felt dumb. Overall it was a good stay.

Loved the breakfast, except for the sausage sandwiches for 3 straight days. We were there for almost a week. 😅 Parking is a pain because when there is no parking, we have to walk across the street to the parking structure. Staff was generally friendly. I wanted to give a 4 but I didn't want the rest to be affected because of a 1 or 2 who were less than friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good overall. The only issue was housekeeping. We stayed at the hotel for four nights but received room cleaning only once. This was not communicated to us by the front desk when we checked in. Additionally, whenever we requested towels, we had to wait more than an hour for them to be delivered.

This was a great property that was quiet and clean. There is plenty of food and shopping around you. And you can access the T from a bridge in the parking garage across the street. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of options. They even had a sign saying they can work with food allergies (although I didn’t ask since I knew as a gluten free person I could eat the eggs). Our room was a good size and we had a kitchen with a full size fridge. I would recommend staying here if you want a place outside of downtown Boston, especially if you have a car with you.

I really wanted to like this hotel because the location is fantastic and having the subway just steps away made getting around effortless. The lobby areas looked well-maintained, and the breakfast in the morning was decent. Unfortunately, the room itself and the complete lack of service made our stay very disappointing. When we checked in, our room felt tired and visibly worn down, but the hygiene issues were what truly bothered us. The floor looked like it had only been given a half-hearted sweep. Worse, there was stray hair left behind in the shower, and to our absolute disgust, we found an old, dried bloodstain on the bedsheets. The most frustrating part of our entire trip was housekeeping or rather, the total lack of it. We stayed for six nights, and not once did anyone come in to clean our room or make our beds. Housekeeping only stopped by a single time to exchange towels. For the rest of the week, we had to go out of our way to ask front desk staff on two separate occasions just to get basic necessities like fresh towels, toilet paper, and body wash. Convenience doesn't make up for unsanitary conditions and having to manage your own housekeeping on vacation.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location is very convenient. It has a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, a sofa and armchair, a work desk, a large TV, and a spacious bathroom. The air conditioning also works well. Unfortunately, housekeeping has been inconsistent. At check-in, we were told the room would be cleaned every other day, but we went about a week without a proper cleaning. We contacted the front desk, and although the first promised service did not happen, they arranged a full cleaning the following day. Housekeeping then came and did a thorough job, and the room is now in very good condition, which we appreciate. The other issue is that the water dispenser on the fourth floor is not working, so we have to go down to the second floor near the fitness center to refill our water. This has still not been resolved. Overall, we like the room and the property and will probably stay here again when we come to Boston next time.
