"This property has not been taken care of at all. Weeds overgrown, run down reception area, the room was terrible. So the bed is in the loft but the staircase is really more like a ladder. I had to leave the luggage on the first floor. The bathroom was very dirty. It is outdoors but totally not practical! If the weather is bad good luck! "Excellent buffet breakfast and room service options. Rooms very clean and daily roon clean and bedding changed daily. Pool area very clean and great service. Swim up bar is a very friendly place to cool down. All round a great hotel, with a great location near Wild Parrot, Icon shopping mall, the Nest Spa and the Shampoo Lounge. Cut through to the beach promenade walk too."
