Beautiful everything and perfect location

Wonderful welcome by reception staff. The bungalow was quiet, private and comfortable. Only issue was the shower did not have consistently hot water. Literally everything else was fantastic, especially the service and the proximity to the best restaurants and stores.

The staff was amazing . Extremely kind and helpful. I will like to recognize on the dining room : Mariani, Tari, Karim . They made our romantic dinner exceptional and always with a big smile . The transportation to Bali was very smooth . The only thing is you need to let the people know that is not a pier to arrive and they will get wet .

Great place. Close to most things on Jangut batu. Our aircon was ok but couldnve been better. If you like lemongan this is one of the nicest places we have stayed on jangut batu. Although bintang at 7 dollars aussie. We didnt eat or drink at our villas. Next door was 4 aud instantly. All in all i would stay again.

Firstly the staff were very friendly and amazing. Unfortunately the room (101) is in need of some TLC. Broken tiles throughout pool, Air con leaked badly, shower broken, bathroom smelt like a sewer and toilet wouldn't flush properly, mouldy lamps by bed. Then on the second night we were woken up to a Rat (not a mouse) climbing our window shades and chewing a hole in our roof. Informed staff at breakfast and they told us they looked but didnt find anything. Having a drink outside by the pool at 6pm and seen it through our window running over the bed and through our things. Got changed to room 107 and it was a completely different room, clean, fresh, tidy. Offered a floating breakfast to apologise which we appreciated but didnt take up.

Nice location, but some issues

First of all the location and the island is amazing. We had a great time but this is not because of the hotel. We stayed for three nights and got our towels changed 0 times. The cleaning was bad and both sheets and towels were dirty. The mosquito net was moldy. At the pool area they ran out of towels so we couldn’t lie there for an hour while we waited for a towel. The breakfast was not good and they ran out of glasses 2 times and asked us to drink juice and water from a coffee mug (this is not really a 4 star experience!) We ate breakfast at a nice bakery instead called let’s bake which I would recommend. We were told the boat going back was only for the guests and wouldn’t be filled, but after the guest went in the boat got filled up with other tourists from another location. Overall the service was not as expected the towels and sheets were dirty, and this hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Eaten by bugs in the bed at night

We were eaten alive by bugs on the beds, and when we went to the reception, we were told it was a ‘busy night’ with many bedbugs... The hotel promised us compensation and were so pleasant when we talked to them on the hotel (also promised a refund in writing) but more than a month later we have not seen any money and they stopped answering us. Stay someplace else! :(

Fint opphold. Vil si oppholdet var helt ok, det var ikke veldig luksus, men vanlig hotell opplevelse. Kvalitet for det du betaler er jeg litt usikker på det var verdt. Det var kjempefint hotell og koselig rom, men til å koste over 2000kr for natten er dyrt for et resort som ikke lever opp til det jeg er vant til kalles resort. Frokosten var derimot veldig begrenset. Så og si all mat som blir servert er varm mat, alternativet er frokostblanding, skive med syltetøy. Skulle gjerne hatt mer av typ eggerøre, pålegg, yoghurt, granola, Nutella eller sjokoladepålegg til pannekakene, eller maple sirup etc: personalt var helt fantastisk og imøtekommende. Oppholdet handler mer om det teoriene rundt hotellet ikke servicen. For servicen kan man ikke si noe på den var helt fantastisk!

Not one to complain but the resort needs a make over. We booked a pool villa the pool was unuse able. Heaps of tiles missing. Green algae/ slime. The resort is defiantly no where near 4 star. This could be a great resort but needs some love

The hotel is right on the beach which is amazing. You are on an island so things run at a much slower pace. Hotel looked a bit tired in some parts. We had a pool villa in a good location near the beach but had issues with the hot water or lack of. The staff tried to fix it but we still had none the second night of our stay. Food at the hotel is very good and the staff are lovely.

the room was stunning and very good value for money especially with a private pool the staff were lovely and accommodating although lacked service around the pool area we would of spent twice as much on drinks if we didn’t have to go searching every time we wanted to order more once looking closer the room needs a bit of a freshen up - black mould stains on the bathroom roof broken deck around the pool etc . we also found the buffet breakfast to be extremely disappointing and would skip it next time We would stay again just for location and value of the room

Great location and walkable to good restaurants. Taxis readily available. Beach is lovely and clean but strong undercurrents. Breakfast was ok. We had a garden room (I felt a bit claustrophobic ) which we then chose to upgrade to a pool villa which is much nicer, bigger and private. The staff were very attentive.

Staff were lovely. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Convenience store in ally way next to resort really handy. Unfortunately our villa was shaded by lots of tall trees so we used the resort pool more than the private villa pool.

Bra läge men lite slitet.

Resorten skulle kunna vara riktigt bra men det fanns dn del att önska. Rummet var rymligt men det gick inte att låsa till rummet tillräckligt bra. Dessutom var det lukt från fukt i badrummet. Poolområdet låg fint nere vid havet men beachcluben skulle behöva nån som såg över både maten och inredningen. Ett stort plus att hotellet ordnade kostnadsfri transport till Bali när vi checkade ut.
