“The staff is wonderful and the property is impeccably maintained, making it feel just like home. The location is quiet yet easily accessible, with convenient proximity to everything, including Walmart, the Dollar store, Aldi, Gurnee Mills Mall, and Six Flags. I also discovered many local treasures, such as The Shanty Restaurant. You will not be disappointed—this is my fifth stay at The Inn at Sheridan, and I highly recommend it.”

“The desk person was very shady said peoples reservations were cancelled and they weren’t. I had kids and no hotel smh didn’t try to help at all. Maybe his chick that was at the counter was a distraction idk we waited and waited no answer why so went to another hotel two hours later”

“Elevator not working. Just a basic hotel- expensive for what you receive. Nothing bad , it’s ok ish, but relation cost - value not a great option unless you need to stay in the area”

“Staff was awesome actually they were very nice with us property was very clean and near a lot of restaurants and shopping center definitely when I got back to the city of Chicago this is the place to stay is just in the right place 30 minutes from the airport”

“The building and room were a little outdated, but clean. Also, the elevator randomly broke down while we were there. Which was not the staff’s fault, but is definitely because of a lack of maintenance.”
