“I was in town for a concert that my daughter was in at Duke University. I booked through Expedia. Nowhere on the hotel's website or in additional details on Expedia is it said that there will be an additional $100 fee for incidentals. I was not prepared to need that and although it caused a bit of frustration, the front desk person was great and understood my frustration. Once the payment was done, the only other complaint I had was that some of the towels were stained with coffee and the tub...

“The room was very clean, updated and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is located in a wooded area by a busy intersection but it's very quiet. The air conditioning is great and the parking is very convenient. The location is great! Only five miles in one direction from Chapel Hill district and five miles in the other direction from Duke. I would definitely stay here again.”

“A very clean hotel. The staff were always cleaning. The staff also were very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Plenty of adequate parking. Continently located to Chapel Hill. Plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. close by. No noises, a very quiet stay.”

“This place is great except we didn’t have any soap in our soap dispenser or lotion in our lotion dispenser. What happened to the little bar of soap they used to leave at the sink??? Actually, just bring a bar of soap from home! Love the front desk staff. Breakfast is great. Room and bath CLEAN! Very close to Duke Medical Center which is a big plus. Also close to Duke University.”
