“Me volvería a quedar ahí”

“Night desk clerk was new so I’m not going to be directing anything at her. We checked in and went to our room and noticed the room had a terrible smell of cigarettes and did not seem clean at all. If this was a blindfold and smell test, they failed. The desk clerk allowed us to change rooms and somehow the second room was worse. We checked the beds for bedbugs (like we do everywhere we stay) and it showed signs of bedbugs. I have a video to prove it as well. We got our stuff and checked out....

“시설이 신축이고 청결하다는 후기를 보고 결정했는데, 시설은 미국 숙소 중 가장 신축으로 좋았습니다. 바로 근처에 몰이 있어서 식사를 해결하기에도 좋았습니다.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff!”

Same with a lot of the soft furnishings in our room. Same with general maintenance that appeared to have not been done. Housekeeping seemed to do their end. But who's ever in charge of maintaining The overall appearance really needs to look twice. Also, the cruise room was booked for a private party and was one of the main...

“I have stayed a lot of places in Denver & this was by far the best stay we have had. Amazing location, price, & space. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Just ideal! Thank you & great job!!”
