"Checked in late around 10pm a staff member at front desk was unable to check us in as we had to wait for someone else to help. Had to sit a wait with 2 small kids and after a long drive. In the morning Penelope at the front desk was wonderful and helped the breakfast staff replenish utensils and her I changed out the coffee pot. She had great customer service and most pleasant. "

"Hotel was a bit run down on outside. Definitely needed repair. Handicap door was locked at night. Husband went out and could not get in due to the card reader button to unlock door was broken and missing. Had to call me to let him in. Bedroom was in good condition. Slept very well. It was quiet and comfortable. Did not utilize breakfast amenities. "

"a roach was walking on the nightstand, another walking up the bathroom wall. shower curtain rod was damaged & hanging badly, toilet was cracked & had sort-of been patched but was leaking on the floor. coffeemaker had previously used grounds still in it. several men pacing around outside in the dark. the remodel was nice but not enough & didn't feel safe."
