Our stay was truly wonderful, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality. Reno and the entire staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A huge highlight for us was the staff's kindness regarding the pool. Although it wasn't scheduled to open until 10:00 AM, they opened it early for us at 8:00 AM. It made the kids so happy and was such a generous gesture that we won't forget! The water slide is an absolute blast—l, honestly, it’s just as much fun for the adults as it is for the kids.

But when my stay went from one night two two and now three Reno at the front desk gave me a great rate was very nice and understanding of my situation I would highly recommend anyone to stay here .

Staff was polite at check in. Hotel itself is very outdated but it’s reflected in the price per night. Room had necessities but no extras. Door to the outside had a terrible seal and cold air seeped in. If you are looking for an inexpensive room just to crash this is what you are looking for. Location is not in the best area of town.

We had a dog and kennel and our room had a big space for the kennel and a back door leading to the parking spots which was super convenient. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room too which was great. We didn’t have time to try the pool and we ate at Wild Crumb for breakfast so we didn’t try the free breakfast. There’s a McDonalds right across the street too. Right off the interstate which was easy to get to.
