Greetings were cery pleasant, room was spacious and clean. I would say that i was slightly disappointed with pool conditions as my family really looked forward to taking a dip.

We had to change rooms due to a ac being extremely loud. They moved us with no problem the second night. Even though it isn’t being used, the pool looked awful

It was a good stay overall however they ran out of shower sized towels and we were offered the pool towels to use instead. Pool towels are 1/4 the size of a shower towel and not absorbent at all. Feels like a Brillo pad. The breakfast was pretty gross and a let down. The eggs were cold, the coffee was like warm at best and was way over portioned coffee grounds to water, the apple juice tasted like it had mold in it, and the bacon was half cooked. Breakfasts are normally pretty good at a Holiday Inn, not this one. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Overall friendly staff, beds were comfortable. Would like hotel managment to know that if they offer coin opperated laundry machines, tjey should have the front desk stock quarters. Or upgrade machines to credit card readers. After a week hiking in Big Bend, not being able to wash clothes because no one, not even the gas station next door, had quarters to exchange was diassapointing. Overall hotel was nice.

Pool was green and brown not nice to look at. There is a construction mess everywhere not much room to park in the parking lot also had no clue of a remodel until we got there.

Asked to have our room made after our first night, came back late to find that only the bathroom trash had been picked up and towels replaced. Beds where not made, room was extremely dusty. Bathroom seemed as if it had been used while we where gone. Breakfast was OK, not many options and only one type of coffee available.

Bad Experience in Brady

Stopped for a quick overnight during long road trip. Despite being the most expensive hotel in town, they neglected to mention they were under EXTENSIVE construction. Our room was remodeled and facially clean, but the construction dust was pervasive throughout the hotel. Night clerk seemed like he was bored and we were interrupting his web surfing at check in. Breakfast was mediocre. I hope the remodel turns out well, but it will be awhile (if ever) before I'll ever know.
