적당한 위치, 만족스런 서비스
기차역에서는 걸어가기는 멀고, 택시로는 7Lei 나옵니다. 4번버스 타면 4분 거리이고, 구시가지와는 도보 10분 거리입니다. 깨끗하고 친절한 직원들로 만족스러운 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다.

Ridiculous to start at 6 am in the morning hearing the noise of the vacuum cleaner. No view outside from the room, hair dryer broke and non functional, even after I spoke with the receptionist . Poor customer service.

Recommend this place without any reservations.
The hotel has a good location for walking around and grocery stores, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend using the restaurant in the hotel as the food is absolutely delicious and portions are large. Menu is varied and has something for everyone..The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The room we had, a family suite had parking included and it is onsite. The view was fantastic at night.

La camera executive è molto ampia e comoda con tre finestre in camera e una nel bagno. Nonostante sia moderno l'hotel ha un’atmosfera molto confortevole ed elegante. La colazione era piuttosto varia e di ottima qualità anche con cose un po' diverse dal solito, però purtroppo varia di giorno in giorno e il secondo giorno non ho ritrovato le cose che mi erano piaciute di più il primo. La posizione è buona, in meno di dieci minuti si arriva nella via pedonale principale con ampia scelta di ristoranti e da lì si raggiungono in breve tutti i luoghi interessanti. Inoltre dalla strada dietro l'hotel si può salire in un quarto d'ora a piedi alla cittadella, con un bel panorama sulla città. Il parcheggio è privato e molto comodo davanti all'hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Twice we arrived at the restaurant at the last minute and they served us anyway. Breakfast is great. Easy walk to old town. Note that some rooms are A/C and some are not and some rooms are on the 4th floor with only stairs. Not a big deal for me, but others may need to book carefully. I would stay there again. On site parking was helpful.

Nice hotel, I had the business room. Large room with jacusi. Small balcony. Missing was complimentary bottled water and facial tissues. Breakfast was very good. Dinner service a little slow. Goulash okay but couldn't do a small side salad.

I was very impressed about the hotel, very clean, in walking distance from center, very professional staff from reception to the restaurant waitress and the most important they make you feel welcome!!!

Mis-leading advertising
Location of hotel was good as was the room. The breakfast was of a high standard. We found the reception staff somewhat offhanded that did not set the scene well. We were also very disappointed not to be able to use the spa area because we were staying the 3 star part of the property. Nowhere on the website does it indicate that the wellness centre is not available to the 3 star section - mis leading advertising.

Il terzo letto non era altro che un divano con sopra un lenzuolo... scomodissimo, il minibar non raffreddava proprio e non c'era la cassaforte.... molto lontano da un quattro stelle.

Dear Pier,Your booked type of room was Budget Double 3 stars wing, no A/C, no elevator, so yes indeed, you have booked a 3 stars room not a 4 stars room. Also, in the room description you will find that for 3 persons, there is an extensible sofa in the room, it doesn't said anything about adding another bed... Also, the safe is a feature that we have in our 4 stars rooms. For future references, please read carefully before you book.

We were very pleased with the front desk staff who were very helpful, and the Hotel had its own unique vibe. Now maybe we got them at a bad time but the dinner service in the restaurant the night we stayed there needed improvement.

This is a very good hotel. It has comfortable beds, nice rooms, friendly staff and delicious food. Everything was on top - I give it 5 stars. Highly recommended.

The perfect place
This is a great place to stay. Most of brasov top things to sightsee is in walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Tge room were very clean and spacious. We love our stay and decided that this is the only hotel we will stay when in brasov.

The place to stay in Brasov Romania
This place is amazing. The room was clean and spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful in providing service during your stay. This hotel is perfectly located for one to do sightseeing. Most of Brasov top places to see is only an 10 - 20 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very Good breakfast, convenient location, and spacious rooms. The staff was very helpful, they resolved an issue with our reservation that was caused by Expedia. This hotel has two sections one with air-conditioning and elevator and another without. I was searching for hotels with both AC and elevator and this hotel came up so I booked two rooms but they turned out to be in the section without A/C or elevator. However, the staff helped us resolve the issue at a cost. Be careful when booking through Expedia, and try the A/C as soon as you check in to make sure it works, because it did not work in one of the rooms but we didn't find out until bedtime late at night.
