“The most uncomfortable bed ever. We had booked a double room but they gave us a twin room. We went back to reception and the staff member said the hotel was full and shrugged, and said we can push the beds together. We went back to the room and did this, and there was loads of litter under the bed. The mattresses on both beds were extremely uncomfortable.
