Excellent place to stay, clean seems new, has small pool and water bath (kind of like jacuzzi) clean room, staff is nice and friendly. Includes breakfast and all day coffee or hot water to make teas (that is a must for me) as I need to make me teas few times a day. Would recommend for sure. If it was cheaper than it would really be off the charts but I will not include that into the review.

We stay here 2 or 3 times a year and know it well. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. On this visit, we found our original room to be noisy because of the ice machine (?), but the staff got us another room when asked. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was unusually full, but very quiet. Breakfast is always good here and the coffee is excellent. (Vermont seems to be obsessed with coffee....) Having tried two or three other hotels in Brattleboro, we have settled on the Hampton Inn as our "go to" spot.

Good location. Nice complimentary breakfast. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. As has been mentioned by other guests, there is a $300 security deposit which is refunded upon check out. Although staff stated it might take 2-3 business days for the refund to appear, mine was refunded the same day I checked out.

I loved everything about this hotel! They recently underwent a remodel so everything is brand new and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. It is the first time that I see plant based patties in the breakfast for those of us that can’t have meat. the front desk personnel were always very informative and unhurried. I would absolutely love to come back here. The surroundings are amazing as well. Downtown Brattleboro is cute.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean. The pool was well maintained. The only critic I would have is that one of the steps in the hottub was broken with a piece of the tile completely unattached. Other than that I had a great stay!

Checked in late and had a friendly and efficient welcome. Just a brief stay for us but it was an excellent experience. Hotel is well situated just a little bit off the highway, good available parking and a nice and clean pool and hot tub in the morning. A nice and hot if basic breakfast. The staff was uniformly helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved the updated accommodations and friendly staff. I just wish I’d be surprised by something other than highly processed food for breakfast. It’s the new norm unfortunately.
