"We visit Monterrey regularly always stay at Safi Metropolitan, it never disappoints!"

"The staff are actually very lazy!!! You would call when there was an issue and they would not even send anyone up or even call to check in on the issue…. The breakfast wasn’t a wide variety especially for persons who don’t eat pork or beef like me and partner. Also they said the breakfast was included in our room package but they ment fruits and coffee only lol. "

The caulking not installed right and 3 different shades of caulking unprofessional and dirty. show door seal not installed all the way to bottom. I complained , but did not do any good "
