โBeautiful setting close to downtown. Loved the claw-footed soaking tub. Breakfast was delicious! Fascinating history of the property in a binder in the room made great reading. We stayed in the Carriage Suite which was private and spacious. โ
โI will make any excuse I can to stay here again! The considerate hospitality is evident in the care of the room and family friendly pricing. They even included water and toothbrushes in the room, in case you needed it. The room was huge and clean and inviting. It made me wish I had time to utilize the kitchen. Canโt wait to return! โ
โI have stayed here a couple of times and each time the staff were friendly. The beds are comfy and if your planning a trip to Brenham/Chappell Hill area it is the perfect location. The pool was clean and so are the grounds. I will stay againโ
โI really don't recommend it, the beds are too small to be called double beds, it smells bad when you enter where it says no smoking, the towels are full of hair, there were cockroaches, I think with Someone who cleans better and washes the towels better because one has children and needs the accommodation to be well for their safety. โ
โHad a bad stinky carpet smell in the room. Sprayed my cologne to mask it. Pool light never turned on during the evening either.
Staff were nice and accommodating.โ
