"I was having a tough week, but when I got to the hotel the fronk desk clerk Julian, was so warm and bubbly it made me smile. He really have a customer service like spirit. The hotel was beautiful and newly renovated. The 2nd floor hallway smelled fresh. My room was so detailed and clean. The checkout experience was with front desk clerk Reginald. He was very pleasant and willing to explain all details to assure me, after I voices concerns about my reservation, booked through a 3rd party booking company. The staff is exceptional. "

Hotel.com is the service I used they did not provide information that should have been identified during the booking. IE parking fees and breakfast. Syndy should be in a management position. great attitude and informative. Also, the female working the breakfast bar was also a step above in her friendliness and all around personality."
