Hot tub was amazing

The air con but was pretty week but....the bed was great, the hot tub in the room was amazing. Staff were lovely and plenty of free parking. Loved it

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, JUST THE WORST. I found two bugs in the jacuzzi, but I couldn’t let the wateter flow so i had to share it with these bugs. I have photos and video of everything. Also the jacuzzi didn’t work, the headbord pf the bed was just a wooden board , broken and squeaky. I received zero refund and ZERO APPLOGIES . Also didnmt even meet the requirement for a 4 stars hotel. Thats a scam, i feel robbed

un soggiorno rosso fuoco

Albergo grande zona fiera. Adatto più per coppie pruriginose che per manager rampanti. Camera tripla grande con specchio sul letto a baldacchino (!) circondato da abatjour rosse. Assenza di un cestino per i rifiuti, presente solo quello piccolo in bagno. Colazione discreta, buona il dolce insignificante il salato. Poco organizzati ( 2 sole addette a fornire i banchi e preparare bevande calde ), non era meglio mettere una macchina che fa tutto in sala? Per il resto tutto ok, check-in e check-out veloci, albergo vicino al teatro dove si è tenuto il concerto di Samuele Bersani.

Le personnel à l'accueil est sympathique, souriant et disponible. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles : poussière dans la salle de bain (au sol), poubelle non vidée, pas de tapis de bain mais une grande serviette qui pend. Hôtel vieillissant, ce n'es pas grave mais à déclasser en 3 étoiles.

Ho soggiornato 1 notte in questa struttura x esigenze di lavoro. Mi ha soddisfatto, nonostante la strada trafficata davanti buona insonorizzazione delle finestre. Ambienti freschi e puliti. Non rinnovato e poco curato

Hotel che ha senz'altro visto tempi migliori, camere e bagni non rinnovati da parecchi anni, arredi graffiati e vetusti, spazi angusti. Lo si può considerare appena essenziale, scelto esclusivamente per un evento che si è poi svolto da un'altra parte, restando così fuori mano e mal servito dai servizi urbani. Per il prezzo pagato c'è anche di meglio!

Tutto discutibile

Tutto molto rivedibile, dall'odore in camera alla struttura in sè. La sensazione avuta è che la camera non venisse pulita da tempo (sicuramente i vetri dei bagni). Servizio colazione, sarà stato per il numero di persone presenti in struttura, insufficiente nell'assortimento, nella qualità e anche nell'organizzazione del personale.

Struttura moderna fuori Brescia prenotata all'ultimo momento con la mia famiglia. Posizione buona vicino alla città. Il check inn è stato veloce e professionale. La camera in linea con le aspettative ... più motel style che hotel. Ma eravamo avvisati dalle recensioni precedenti. L'arredamento delle camere è datato e la camera abbastnaza grande. Il 3° letto non era fatto ma la reception ci ha aiutato subito al riguardo. Al rientro in hotel in tarda serata ci accorgiamo che il condizionatore non funzionava. Eravamo stanchi e non abbiamo chiesto il cambio ma avviso che il condizionatore funziona solo con la chiave inserita. Non carino perché si scopre che non funziona solo dopo un intera giornata in giro per Brescia. Colazione standard OK niente di più e niente di meno di quanto ci si aspettasse da questo hotel.

Non direi solo pulizia scarsa ma mancanza di igiene e pulizia: bagno e vasca con molti peli e capelli, cestino spazzatura non svuotato… la camera era molto ampia e bella ma i dettagli vanno comunque curati o sostituiti in caso di rottura (come la porta del bagno che aveva angoli rovinati). Colazione inadeguata e deludente
