We had a wonderful stay! The staff was so nice! The hotel was pretty great too. Nice location, air conditioned, and the breakfast was affordable and tasty!
Tgis place is always great. The location is perfect to see everything the city has to offer. The staff is over the top. The in house restaurant and bar are great. Being steps away from the cathedrale and other eateries is a bonus. Also Roman ruins are about a 10 minute walk.
We booked this last minute to attend a concert and were blown away when we arrived to a 5 star hotel which lived upto it's rating....so nice, staff so helpful and we got to see Umberto Tozzi leaving same hotel. So pleased we chose Hotel Vittoria *****
I stayed in the suite Leonessa and it was fantastic! The view from that balcony is breathtaking, the suite is spacious and well-decorated and I had a magnificent stay!
Nice hotel but dated and in need of investment. Great artwork in the lobby and breakfast was good. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Aging but Friendly
This hotel has seen better days. The carpet is worn down and some of the furniture are outdated. Nonetheless, it has a friendly staff and is located between Brescia's main plazzas.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience. The historical ambiance added a unique touch to my stay, making it feel like a journey through time. The rooms were clean, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly accommodating and ensured my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a delightful blend of history, comfort, and exceptional service.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Very old and destroyed Hotel, it doesn’t deserve 5 stars. 1 elevator, fatal breakfast, practically nothing. no gym, no relaxation facilities. a regular 3 star hotel in the city center. Excellent service.
Great location right in the city centre with shops and restaurants close by. Parking underground very close to hotel. Reception area was lovely. Room let down by dangerous electrics on bedside lamp- cable damaged and lamp worked only by changing position of cable. No beside power to charge phone.
The property was a bit dated, but elegant and spacious. The location is wonderful, couldn't be better.
The wifi is very slow and needs updating. That was a problem.
Also, the mattress was extremely hard. Felt like sleeping on a rock. A good pillow top cover for the existing mattress might help.

Property was well-located, both in terms of proximity to Metro (just 1 stop away from train station) and main sites of Brescia (notably the Giulia Museum and the adjacent Roman temple/theater/forum. Somewhat disappointing as a hotel. Overall, the hotel was tired and needed sprucing up. Room was decent sized but bed was hard (mattress thin) and bathroom just OK -- by the end of a fairly short shower I was ankle deep in water. WiFi connection was uneven -- had a number of Zoom calls dropped because of insufficient bandwidth (although worked better later in the day).

Long past its best and in need of a refurb. Parking directions were a nightmare and they need to provide a QR code or pin drop which would make finding it easier. There are many areas around the hotel where vehicles are prohibited and if you do traffic cameras send you a fine.
