"Good location but almost till 2:30 am in the morning many youngsters were shouting , talking loudly , making lot of noise on the street just below the room window so could not get good sleep and wish someone could have told them to lower the noise and windows should been sound proof"

"Room was nice. Couldn't turn AC off. Miss informed about breakfast and had a steak at lunchtime which was inedible. The hotel is in a great location for travelling on the eurostar. There a nice bar/ restaurant across the road ( go out of the door next to the 3 check in desks) slightly left and cross the road. Lovley staff and food was superb."

"We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Belgium for the first time. They upgraded us to a larger room since we have expedia VIP. Highly recommend booking a room looking out the main street side as it’s a pretty nice view. It was a good offer to have two mini bar items per day when not using the room cleaning service. The only thing we didn’t like was the SUPER STRONG perfume scent in the entrance area of the lobby. "

Amazing top restaurants just around the corner and this hotel is in great location to get to places you want to explore within the city. Staff was very friendly, hotel room was large and the shower was really nice with. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Highly recommend."
