"Parking was great. Room was very nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly."

"Room we had on the 3rd floor, could hear upstairs guests stomping around and the ceiling kept clicking/knocking/cracking from weight. Room was so hot even tho we turned down the thermostat. It was nice to have a balcony. Hot tubs were always busy, too busy, didnt use. "

"Parking is ok spots are tight. The rooms and lodge are updated. The room was spacious. We stayed 3 nights. The common room upstairs waa nice to relax and the coffee/tea bar was a nice feature. The carpet had a noticeable stain in the room. The one pillowcase on the bed was stained looked like mold😬 Overall i would stay again for a quick night. I think the resort or suites option is better for longer stays "

"Beautiful room, clean and pet friendly. Staff is always friendly. Unfortunately had to check TV channels manually because no info was available, no mirroring or other entertainment apps available. All in all fantastic stay"

"All staff super courteous, welcoming and helpful. I felt concerned when, within a couple days of our arrival, I noticed our assigned unit had been changed to a unit that had not been updated. I was relieved that although the unit may not have been as updated as the one originally assigned, it still suited our needs and was comfortable for our party. The underground parking was great and we enjoyed our accommodation, the peaceful surroundings, and short drive to Canmore."
