Amazing hotel and location. The room was extremely clean and the hotel itself had every amenity imaginable. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling for work or leisure.

This hotel was overrun by a visiting baseball team. Kids raced through the halls yelling, abused the exercise room and pool, and the bar had to be shut down because the kids were allowed to invade it. What a terrible experience.

The staffs were nice and friendly. My only issue was the condition of the bathroom. There was mold all over the shower curtain. Not sure the last time someone stayed in the room i was assigned but it was disappointing. The rooms need to be cleaned properly. Apart from that, it was a nice stay. Very wheelchair accessible.

The good: excellent breakfast, friendly staff, check in and out was easy, room were clean, nice laundry room, which is included, next to nice gym, nice kitchenet with refrigerator freezer. The bad: no computer USB ports in the room, none. Not enough business to open the advertised bar area, it was opened only one of three nights we stayed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I would stay here again, especially for an extended stay.

The stay was great! Only complaint is ridiculous cost for pet one night! $100 is overkill. Would not stay again just because of that. Could almost get another room just for the dog for that price. Crazy! Taking advantage of those of us that have to travel with our pets.

This is by far the nicest hotel in the area. (I have stayed at all the others as I come to visit my mother.) Staff is great, very pleasant, modern, modest hotel lobby and amenities, rooms are large and include a full kitchenette, altogether a great experience. I’ll always been staying here when I visit my mother.

Rooms need worked
Well the bed was not very comfortable it was hard as a rock. The hearter in the room didnt work right it had a thermostat on the wall of the room but it didnt work right and the room stayed cold.

Great location in Clarksburg. Easy to park, get on highway and to all the restaurants etc. hotel was really clean, in great condition, and great amenities. Free breakfast was well done and a great perk. Staff was nice, prompt, and professional

Breakfast ready when they said it would be.
Everything was good, however there were two items that kept me from providing a Excellent review. 1. Pool was closed - (minor) but this one thing we use each time we go. 2. Breakfast: (substantial) we were told when we checking in, unless we misheard or mis understood, breakfast would start at 6AM and we were planning on that but it was not ready by 6:30 when we had to leave for our commitment at 7 which was 30 minutes away in Philipi. Being able to get a breakfast is a deciding factor for where we stay. There was yogurt and milk and they put out the hard boiled eggs as we were leaving so we did have something just not the hot breakfast as it was advertised. Everything else about the stay was wonderful.

The room wasn’t ready for check in but Matt at the front desk was so apologetic and offered places to eat in the area or things to do. He also gave us a small discount on our first night. Matt continued to be friendly and have great information our whole stay. We enjoyed the bar and would take our drinks out by the fire at night. That patio is magical. The only complaint we have is the beds. They were pretty awful, even for a hotel bed. The free washers/dryers was a great touch. Nice machines!
