Despite having pre-booked a two queen bed room, upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel check-in staff that it had been sold to someone else because we didn't show up. While it's frustrating enough that our reserved room was given away despite us having paid for a four-day stay, the fact that there was no two queen bed room available immediately, and we had to wait until 3 PM due to the flight...
