My friends and I had an excellent experience here. Staff were super friendly and our room was always clean, and had no issues. The location is also super convenient, providing quick pedestrian access to downtown.

I have stayed at several hotels in this specific area of Chicago and this was far and away my favorite. Huge hotel rooms, seven guest elevators, and wonderful restaurant on the first floor. Housekeeping was always perfectly done. I already switched an upcoming return trip from a hotel across the street to the Fairmont.

Spacious, clean room with nice city view. Comfortable beds, loved to have a couch. Very friendly staff during check-in. Great location, block from RiverWalk and London House, where we had dinner. Great stay all together. Highly recommend.

Older hotel but well maintained. Check in took longer than expected. However, the staff is welcoming and professional. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant. Server was super friendly and accommodating to the vegans in our party. Valet parking was convenient although pricey. Location is super close to the Millenium Park, shops, restaurants, and the riverwalk.

Clean rooms. The hotel rooms are a little dated but nothing too crazy. The happy hour in the restaurant was a hit! Great pricing and the service was top tier.
