Very clean though out the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help and the breakfast is a full English breakfast really good value for money on street parking all you have to do is give them your reg number and they book it in with the council so you don’t get a ticket Really good value for money and only 3 minutes walk from sea front

Mid standard B&B, Clean room a little bit tired. If you are relying on WiFi in the room the signal isn’t great. John (host) was really welcoming and friendly. Reasonable breakfast. All in all a comfortable 1 night stay.

The gents running the house were very welcoming and friendly. The room was fine with a good comfy bed . The breakfast was lovely, just ask if you want anything else or different. Good location for the train station and the theatre, would happily stay again.
