"The room was clean, everything worked. It was a bit noisy, lots of road noise. Also a barking dog a few times during the night. The continental breakfast was terrible.Just english muffin or other muffin."

"Started my day with given a key to my room that did not work. Waited for elevator again. Back to front desk. They gave me the wrong room number. (! Bad thing no one was in the room at the time) Bathroom sink very slow draining, had to hold down the handle until toilet flushed. Handicap assessable to pool compromised due to hoses blocking entrance. There are no handicap door opener on any doors or walls making it a challenge to get in and out of rooms or out to the courtyard The only breakfast option is the 18 dollar buffet. Full capacity hotel with only one working elevator also a challenge. Waited 20 min each time. Front desk notified of concerns It was a nice stay but disappointing. For almost spending 600 for the weekend. Wellsworth hotel should do better"

"The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff — especially the woman who checked us in and the young lady working the night audit shift. Both were very kind and helpful. However, I was disappointed that the pool was closed, as that was one of the main reasons we chose to book this hotel. We also noticed what appeared to be a blood stain on one of the beds. We ended up just not using that bed, but it was still concerning. Overall, the staff made a great impression, but the cleanliness issue and closed pool affected our overall experience."

"Location is between two highways, apparently poor insulation so it was noisy. The actual property--in all respects--looks nothing like photos on websites! The whole place was dingy, low lighting, and uninviting in appearance. My room was cramped, generally unattractive, bed was uncomfortable and stained linen. Breakfast consisted on a working waffle maker and microwave for making hot cereals; 2 cold cereal dispensers with a gallon of milk in a mini fridge. Juice and coffee machines not working; Mr Coffee style coffee maker on counter did contain coffee. Several juice packs in the same mini fridge as milk; some packaged pastry items were also available. That was disappointing for an early departure at the beginning of a long day and given the remoteness of the location, there are no close walkable alternatives for a suitable breakfast. I don't usually complain, but given the exorbitant price $180+ for a night, the facility was unsatisfactory; however, I have no complaints about the staff; they were helpful."
