I booked my elderly parents in for 5 nights. The staff went out of their way to assist and were all friendly and helpful.

what I liked was that my room 114 was large, comfortable, the TV worked, and the shower was set at exactly the right temperature I liked that the kitchen was open from 6am till 10pm and there was a variety of choice

Overnight stay to attend wedding
Attended wedding and stayed the night. The room was very modern and very clean. Could not fault anything.

Great place to stay. Unfortunately our room safe had been locked by the previous occupants and staff were unable to open it to make it usable. They use an outside service that was not available on the weekend.

Cheryl in the restaurant is amazing. So helpful. The property is great, our room was impressive. The 4 stars is for the huge spider the took up residence. Otherwise its great. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional

We booked a room via last-minute.com which stated clearly that it slept 3 people, had a King bed, Queen sofa bed extra rollaway or trundle upon request. After driving for 18 hours for a family funeral, the 3 of us were exhausted & greeted upon arrival by hotel staff who informed us that our room only had 1 bed, no sofa bed as stated by LASTMINUTE.COM & no extra beds of any description available for the night. We then had the choice of either sleeping in our car or having 1 or 2 persons share the bed & the remainder to sleep on the floor with no extra bedding even though we had paid for the extra person & the bigger room that could accommodate. The hotel told us to take it up with LASTMINUTE.COM because they were at fault for advertising the incorrect room description. LASTMINUTE.COM told us to send screenshots etc to support our case so we did. They did not reply after this so we emailed, spoke via chat to several people & also called. They were not empathetic in the slightest & did not try to help at all even though they knew how distressed we already were from travelling for the funeral of a loved one & having such an inconvenience forced upon us the night before the funeral. I will NEVER book via LASTMINUTE.COM ever again & advise everybody else to use another booking service because if something goes wrong, they do not want to know about it. Safe travels to all & best of luck if you still decide to book with this unethical company!

Last minute booking, that ended up being a great choice, new fav place to stay when visiting family in Cleveland. Was impressed with breakfast on Christmas Day, we got to choose our options and it was delivered on time. Beds were comfortable and lovely fluffy pillows. Checked in on Saturday, room was cleaned Sunday even Christmas Day which was fantastic. Checkin and checkout was easy and staff are great. Was told that the Garden Room that we were in was the old section…looking forward to checking out the new renovated Rooms.

Ok stay.
Good location, stayed in the older chalets , park the car right outside, clean bedding and pleasant .But the floors inside and out are dirty attention to detail , cleaning overall very poor.

service, food and drinks were great, only issues were the room wasn't swept properly so was grit on the floor and open shower meant the whole bathroom was covered in water after a shower

We went to The Chicks concert at Sirromet wines, Alexandria Hills hotel was only 8.5km away, accomodation great and reasonable, we had lunch down stairs watching the footy on the big screen and the live music, just goid vibe and the food was good too, so we will be back.
