Novotel Surfers Paradise
Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade.

Q1 Resort & Spa
Staff were great and hotel/facilities also. It was disappointing that we were here in January and booked the same toom type but hotel policy changed and we didnt get daily cleaning. This was extremely inconvenient as we had to constantly ask for towels, soap, tissues and toilet paper
