Basic but comfortable rooms. Lovely and quiet. Staff was excellent- very welcoming. Location cannot be beat- close to Rittenhouse and major bus lines on Walnut and Market streets.

We stayed here before in a 2 bedroom and our experience was fantastic. There are many great little spots to eat near by. This time, we did not like it so much.
