"If I could, I would give the entire staff six stars. Every single person I interacted with from reception, to housekeeping, to the restaurant servers was exceptional. Everyone was warm, professional, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. What impressed me most was how they made me feel. You feel genuinely pampered and cared for throughout your stay, without it ever feeling forced. It’s rare to experience such consistently outstanding service across an entire hotel. Thank you to everyone at Fairmont Waterfront for making my visit so enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The view is unbelievable( make sure you request harbor view). There were a couple special goodies; we got 20% off in restaurant for one meal ( Expedia perk), and also my husband went down early one morning and he came back with a plate of pastries and some orange juice- what a nice surprise and I guess it's offered most mornings?? Not sure. The keurig coffee in room is Starbucks Verona ( so good) . Also the housekeeping staff was excellent. Every day they came in and upped supplies. They work so hard. Parking was close and we were right across from Lonsdale quay. We loved it. In fact there was nothing we can suggest; we lived all of it. We used pool gym and hot tub- all kept up nicely. We'll be back you can count on it!!!"
