"Pacific club lounge was very good with variety of snacks and nice view. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pacific club room was nice but had a few repairs required: shower handheld loose, towel rack at sink loose. When checking in no staff at Pacific Club checking , so need to line up with regular check in. Nice location but many nice hotels around the area that should be considered."
