“People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember. “Very nice team and great hotel”

“First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus.”
