"Apparently if you don't show up by 9PM they give your room away to someone else. They did this to me. I ended up having to drive an hour away to find somewhere to sleep. Be warned - a reservation here, even if you've paid in full, doesn't mean they won't give away your room in a heartbeat if they get busy. Horrible experience. "

"Selected this hotel because we could get a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds, which met our family's needs. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit worn and had window-units for air conditioning but was clean, and the beds were comfortable and had nice soft sheets. The elevators made strange noises but we never got stuck. :)"
