“Nice room. Great location on St Charles Ave. Streetcar runs just outside. Stops every 2 blocks. We rode it extensively to get to French Quarter, Tulane and just to ride around for $3 day. Walking distance to Garden District. Downside is no hot breakfast and no places with hot breakfasts unless you walk down to Magazine Street.”

“Room downgrade and closed facilities – Not worth the price My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I was initially given a single-bed room despite booking a two-bed room, and the hassle of moving rooms the next day was quite inconvenient. Being placed in a lower-tier room than what I paid for was a poor start to my trip. Furthermore, the management of the facilities was unacceptable. Both the pool and the gym were closed during my stay. Having both amenities out of order at once...

“When I checked out of the Hilton inn New Orleans, the staff charged me $302.08 to the wrong room number. I didn’t use anything in this hotel. It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge. I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front. Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans. I send it this message in hotels.com on direct message BUT...
