"A couple defects in our shower/bathroom. Other than that I enjoyed my stay & would recommend to others!"

"Overall stay was excellent. Coffee always available in the morning. You could order your breakfast meal at reasonable prices, and it was prepared quickly and efficiently. Ambience is fun and hip! Easy walking to the train station and major attractions in downtown Chicago. Close to Whole Foods!"

"The hotel’s billing process was confusing and frustrating—they charged my card upfront and held the funds, then charged me again separately at checkout, which didn’t make sense. The rooms were extremely small and felt outdated, almost like something out of a grandmother’s house, and the overall interior matched that same old-fashioned vibe. The elevators were uncomfortably tight, making it difficult to move around, especially with luggage. The valet service was also disappointing, as they didn’t assist with opening doors even when my hands were full. The bathroom layout was poorly designed—you can barely close the door without stepping into the shower first. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience."

"The property was located literally in the center of downtown. Everything was accessible and walkable. All the major attractions were within 2 to 5 km of what Chicago is really advertise to be. Staff was great open bar was amazing. Vibes were nice and other guests were on the same vibe levels."
