“직원들이 24시간 상주해있고 어느때나 친절하게 응대해주어서 좋았습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 내부에 에어컨이 있습니다. 온도조절은 중앙냉난방 시스템이라 직원에게 원하는 온도를 말씀드리면 됩니다. 객실 와이파이도 잘 되고 그 밖에 쉴 수 있는 공용공간들이 있어 좋았습니다.”

“Mostly a good stay. The Ember is a unique property and has some great amenities. The air conditioning wasn't working well when I stayed and the sleeping area was pretty uncomfortable.”

“We had a great stay at the Halycon! The front desk staff was so pleasant and accommodating! They have a coffee station where they provide capuccino's and all sorts of drinks that was just a great way to start the morning. Our room was well stocked - my only gripe is that for $700 a night, I didn't have a mini fridge! There's a cute water and tea station on every floor that is a really nice touch. The rooftop pool area is a bit small, but I was there for a conference so we had A LOT of people...

“Enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Will say that the only negative was a lack of insulation from room to hallway. Could hear other guest when talking in the hall. But that only occurred for about an hour at 10 to 11.”

Everything was great, except when we asked a staffer about where we should go on a short walk, and instead of sending us down the peaceful street full of restaurants and shops, he said we needed to go left which took us into a maze of speeding cars, homeless people and closed businesses.”
