“We loved the hotel, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfy, the Dyson hairdryers,comimentary chocolates and bath room toiletries were really first class. Unfortunately the a/c in our room wasn’t working so it was very hot but the staff were very helpful and although couldn’t fix it they compensated us very generously Great location, lovely bar, garden and breakfast. We will be back ☺️”

“The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. A wide range of tasty breakfast options was available and the evening meals in the White Tails restaurant were delicious. Our room was comfortable, well equipped and very clean. On the downside, the stairs were rather steep and corridors poorly lit. For tall visitors, many of the beams were hazardous; I have the scars to prove it!”

“Property was in the heart of the New Forest, convenient for other towns/villages/beaches we visited, forest walks close by. Room and ensuite were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, many choices. Staff friendly and accommodating. Pub next door served excellent evening meals. Would definitely recommend.”

“We had a fantastic stay. The room was immaculate and I could use the lift to our room. (OA in knees) The shower was gorgeous. We came for a memorial which was in the chapel nearby and then refreshments at Buckners Hard. The staff were amazing and did very well, even though a bit understaffed for a while. The food was amazing and delicious. We will, definitely stay again. See more of the sights and the ponies 🥰 Thank you ☺️ ”
