The photos of the building are misleading. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children. We were given a room with only a king bed, no sofa bed. When I asked the staff he replied with « most people bring air mattresses » I guess I missed the pre-check in message for that. For an additional $40 he upgraded us to a room with a « sofa bed ». It was the most uncomfortable futon I’ve seen and was a single/twin in size, and had crumbs in the crevices from previous guests. The bed itself was comfortable. The included breakfast was ok. Continental style. Coffee was good. Hot tub was nice après ski, kids were ok with the pool. The towels in room and pool are tiny and thin. Some stained. Their cleaning staff will replenish your towels and empty your garbage, but that is all. There were spots missed on and around the toilet that I noticed upon check-in, they stayed throughout the 3 nights we were there. The room we had was a good size, and you can see they are slowly doing upgrades. So maybe once they make it through their building it will resemble the photos they have posted. Overall the price per night is reflective of the quality. Expedia tried to help us get a refund when we checked in, and noted the problems, but it was denied by the property.
