This hotel is currently undergoing upkeep and renovations. They are booking out rooms that have not been maintained properly, knowing things like the air conditioner leaks and will flood the room. Their solution and explanation is there should have been a garbage can under it to catch the leak they knew about when they rented the room and that a staff member must have removed this leak bucket during cleaning. They did not apologize nor provide a refund nor a different room. They also charge extra for a smoking room during booking and didn't refund the difference for that either after putting us in a freshly painted room they said was now non-smoking. They did they compensate us for everything getting wet and even though I had room insurance they denied a claim because the hotel was kept open by management and not shut down for the above reasons. The hotel did not even give us laundry service for our wet clothes and I had to get quarters from their desk to pay for the machine (there is also only 1 machine for all guests in the entire hotel).
