Good if you bring everything

This is more of a work hotel and not so of a family weekend stay. There are no curtains, the shades are not fitted so light come in, not the cleanliness, smells when you walk in, good for pets. Also the A/C was good. The “blanket” is more of a sheet and the pillows are flat flat.
Thickness of the blanket provides beside the sheet.

I tried communicated and asking if my night could be changed. My moms diabetes got uncontrolled and was in E DKA. we stayed three nights four days. I’ve been exhausted, I tried communicating both Expedia and the hotel None tried to help me. I am disappointed and lost $100. I had planned a night away for Monday night not even a busy night at that. I tried canceling since Saturday night. I had tried canceling but after Friday at a certain time it could not allow me. I was in a bad situation, I lost money, did not check in. God bless at least I did not lose my mother, she made it out of the hospital!! Thank the lord, you guys were stressing me out more tbh instead of maybe being a light in’s dark tunnel definitely made it worse. You should work on customer service especially for moments that are out of control

This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The photos published online are misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. From the moment I entered the lobby, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor, which continued throughout the hallway leading to my room. Upon entering the room, the floor felt sticky, and the furniture was incomplete, lacking basic features such as drawers. Additionally, the toilet seat was loose, and there was no running water from the bathroom sink. When I reported these issues, I was informed that there was no maintenance staff available on weekends, which is unacceptable. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the condition of the facilities did not meet even basic standards. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Floor was sticky dirty, kitchen lower cabinets had mold. Shower curtain rod was barely holding on walls. Toilet was noisy all day and night. A/C was smelling, like filters need to be replaced. Over all, this was the worst hotel we ever stayed in of course it was the cheapest. You get what you paid for!!!
